Flower Power

With all of the things going on in the world and in our lives, we decided to take a moment and smell the flowers.

These are all found in our backyard or front yard. (We aren't sure of the names of all of them, we just like how colorful they are.)

Tom has decided to quit his job and become a Professional Flower Photographer. He has a snazzy straw hat and we're working to find him a piece of straw to gnaw on. :-)

Well! That certainly was a bit of a challenge for me to figure out all that you have. There are about 3 that I can't exactly pinpoint their names, but I've either grown them before or seen them at the greenhouse. It is obvious the first photo is a mixture of many of the plants. The 2nd picture is a rose. 3rd, 'vinca'. 4th ? 5 is Dusty miller along with pink mist scabiosa. 6th is nasturtiums. 7th is begonias. 8th is viola (not to be confused with violettes). 9th is ? 10th is the gerbera daisy. 11th is ? And lastly, the 12th is a hibuscus. I will work on identifying the remaining three. Thanks for a colorful treat!

I believe the 4th plant to be a Bromelaid. It is a succulent plant.
